Girl and Dog

The theme for this weeks card was to be a favorite colour combination and mine for girls is pink and purple, although I am trying to use other colours The Stamp is a Hetty Clare stamp girl-and-dog-digi-

I coloured the image with copicsthen fussy cut the bottom of the car  so it would sit on the road  I printed the road from a picture on the net,the backing paper on the main card is blue with white clouds I cut out about 20 trees and arranged them in groups of 3 putting some along the front then onto the card in the middle I had a bit of a hard time getting the trees put on the middle and on hindsight I will do them before taping the card up. I also used a dark green copic to give the trees a bit of depth. The sentiment is a stamp

This is the card side on I didn't use a thick enough base card so had to put a back on the card to make it stable 

I have wanted to do a card like this for a while, but I dont think my photo has done it any justice, next time I will use a thicker card base

Hello Friend

Backing paper is from a 6x6 pad called Hearts Ease adhered to a white bases card, I then  cut two edge dies and adhered to a strip of white card,sentiment stamped on, I then die cut an assortment of leaves adhered some spider lace then the leaves, the flowers are from my stash, I used a chrysanthemums and apple blossoms

The inside of the card  is left blank until the time comes to use it as I have sometimes found that I have the right card but wrong sentiment

Balloon and Icecream

This image   balloons-and-ice-cream- is from star stampz

Coloured image with copics  cut another 3 lots of balloons  to give them a little height image was then adhered to cream card. The green and cream dotty backing paper was from my stash and adhered to white base card  the flourishes were die cut from cream card. Die cut one section of a flower die adhered to card then adhered the bling. Sentiment done on the computer

I did start with a flower, but it didn't look right for a wee girl, and I think the bling looks much better I have done this for creativeknockouts  where I am on the Design Team

Mother's Day

Tomorrow is mothers day and due to the lock down I have not had any grandchildren here making a card for their mums so I made one all by myself

I printed off my digi stamp and coloured with copics, die cut it and used another die cut to put it through, the backing paper was from my stash,didn't know I had it but have had a bit of a tidy up, I adhered it to a white base card I put a few different colours of the strip of card before settling on this maroon one.Did the sentiment on the computer adhered to same colour card

This card was inspired by Tuesday morning sketches and the wee girl in the beautiful picture at the card concept

Old Friends

 The Stamp Old Friends was from .jans digi stamps

Some of the elements used

Printed the stamp and coloured with copics, made the frame with one of my die sets, the background is a  scene from La Pasche It came on a disc I bought way back when

I adhered it to a 5 1/2 by 5 1/5 inch card added the frame  adhered my ladies with foam  but glued the feet down so it looked like they were standing on the road. Added a corner flourish and flower

This jar is this months image from beccy's, for her challenge

This is a very basic card for me I printed the sentiment on to white base card,then used a red distress ink to put a bit of colour onto it, The love words is a scrapbook page paper so I cropped it and then put the jar over it added the hearts,This was all done on the computer, printed and cut it out, rounded the jar by rolling the middle of it around a pen so it stood out and used foam to 3D it tied a bit of wrapping string around it

Jam Tart

Image is from LeAnn's World. I coloured her with copics then used a doily die to cut her out.I don't remember the name of this die but it was the first doily die I ever bought I then cut another in the purple then a smaller one I used a fiskars  punch to do the edges, threaded one side with ribbon adhered gingham paper to card then onto a white base card added pearls,stamped the sentiment
My youngest Grand daughter loves to eat her lunch outside on the grass and is having a picnic so this will be her next birthday card
